pulled 220x5 last week.
took 1 week of gym because of respiratory infection, bringing up mad phlegm.
feeling much better and rested now.
im wanting to max out this week because i havent in ages.
im gonna go 240, then 250 or 260 depending on how i feel.
ive pulled 240 before but at the time my max was 220x2 which was a massive grind.
this 220x5 felt bretty gud

I have no idea what it is, something in my shoulders/upper back but it doesn't seem to happen when I push anything overhead or when I LTE, I get it when I do heavy DLs too. It's around my scapula.

Aside from the 2/3 main lifts, what else would you add?

Going to a PT and getting it checked out is the first thing I would do, seriously lad.

And then I would try adding whatever I can that I'm neglecting by not benching / deadlifting.

Some hyper extensions, some more chest accesorie.

Core would be 20-30 min max and cardio 20 max
Planks, leg raises, obliques, etc
Cardio would be 4x400m with 3-4min rest and a slow 800m race.
Then maybe some mobility.

I get up at 8:00 so this would be from 8:30 to 9:15 and then training at around 7-8 pm

I'd lift first, do some mobility afterwards and do cardio last. I wouldn't do 6 minute legs, bums and tums tier shit core "workouts". I'd train my trunk with heavy squats and deadlifts and the likes.
