i have done a few cycles, but always long esters. i have done one cycle with test prop and tren ace that gave me mad gains, but tren also puts my blood pressure through the roof. im talking stroke level. so i need a little help.

you should've gotten AI when you were making your purchase for gear, that's not something you want to buy later on.
go to ADC and get some pharma AI, and then take 12.5mg maybe E3D. You'll start to see how your body aromatizes since everyone is different. My roommate gets gyno easily whereas I only need 12.5mg once every 2 weeks on 600mg test/week.
It's safe to start with 12.5mg E3D then if you feel the sides of having crashed estrogen you can extend it to maybe every 5-7 days or more. You'll see, it's not hard to judge. Definitely start taking AI by week 3, and sooner if you're kickstarting dbol
