I usually eat 2/3 meals where I fit all my protein in. Is it true that I should divide it more throughout the day for more gains? I read different things about this.

MPS is maximally spiked by <30g and it takes ~4 hours for the refractory period to pass. Eat 30+g every 4 hours with nothinv in between might net you 0.00001 more gains but really as long as you're eating 3+ meals you're fine
