Literally all the women's deadlift records are within 20kg of each other despite weight.
Men's are close above the 93kg weight class

Women are smaller so they find deadlifting easier. It's a fact that big people will deadlift less because of their poor leverages.

Every rule has an exception (Eddie hall) but generally a smaller petite person will deadlift a lot comparatively to their body weight and other lifts.

There's no exceptions in the squat or bench because this is a rule that applies for the deadlift. Not a freak 1 off. It ONLY happens on deadlifts.

Wider/pronated grips are typically what causes shoulder impingement. Not sure if you're the original guy but he asked for "shoulder health" reasons. I'm guessing he meant easiest on the joints or tendons while still working his delts which is what a neutral grip would be.

bw 90kg

Squat 140kg
Deadlift 160kg
Bench 80kg
The Press 52.5kg

Squat and dead are still going up but bench and press are stalling (expected of SS I guess). Am eating and sleeping a ton so I can continue linear progression as long as possible but starting to plan ahead on what to do next as I've been doing SS a good few months now.

Would appreciate any advice on which intermediate program would best suit me. I was considering Candito's 6 week program but I've seen people critique it for its slow bench progression. Given my lagging upper body I wondered whether anybody had similar results with c6w and whether something like TM might work better?

tl;dr I'm probably approaching intermediate soon and my binch is weak, what intermediate program is best for me?

Keep your back neutral, push through your feet, make sure your arms are vertical (grip not too wide). Don't extend/bend your legs until the bar reaches your knees, on the way up and the way down, respectively. You stop trying for linear progression when it stops being practical. Some people can run that kind of program all the way to a 4plate squat and a 5plate deadlift or further, others aren't going to get within spitting distance of a 3plate squat with that approach. I'm also finally biting the bullet and joining the local gym. It's just getting too cold to workout early in the morning. Home gym is great, nothing nicer than working out under the sun, but frosts will start to roll in and that's a hole world of hell.

That might be an idea. I've got awhile to figure this out. I've decided to try doing the Bulgarian method, or at least something close enough, for 10 weeks.

I might enjoy it so much I'll stick with it. But I think I'll miss the high amount of variations I get to play with currently, and dropping hypertrophy days(or blocks, but am running DUP atm) might hurt me in the long run.
