Lads, what do I need to do in order to get juicy lats?

I currently have absolutely none of them visually appearing. I understand that they are probably covered by fat, but I would at least expect them to pop out when I flex them.

Currently I can do around 9 clean, full ROM pull ups at BW 120kg.

Should i try increasing size of them by doing weighted pullups, aiming for like 6 reps per set and then working on increasing the weight? Or should i rather do a hypertrophy approach, by doing stuff like supersets and generally very much diversity and PUMP?

I think it has more to do with the fact that the IPF and it's affiliates are a whole lot bigger than any one lolfed. I'm pretty sure they're bigger than all of them together tbH. They simply have a much larger talent pool to draw from and attract a lot more serious and young athletes, especially from other sports that have similar views on doping (ie jesse norris coming in from football and wrecking first the IPF juniors, lolfeds and then the USAPL juniors again)

Plus a lot of the other feds are stuck in backwards thinking or multiply silliness like westside, etc etc and you only have a few intelligent and progressive thinkers like Dan Green and CWS moving things forward and lending credibility and momentum to their sport while you have a TON of IPF lifters and coaches with forward thinking, plain old higher quality programming and coaching and better support financially, etc etc

have you ever been to a USAPL meet? did you not watch the arnold, 2015 nationals or even some of the anon/trip's meet footage? every usapl meet I've seen or been to has been great looking.

the head judge at my last meet was a 6'6 ronnie coleman-esque black guy that benched 225kg raw as a guest lifter afterwards. the judges are almost always retired or active lifters and people immersed in the sport

Blaine Sumners said in an interview right after Arnolds that the competition bars can't handle weights upwards to 500 kg, if you look at his 500 squat you see how he had to stabilise it several times during the lift.

160/170/182.5 on squat, all 3/3 whites
105/110/117.5x on bench, all easy except I racked my last bench early. I was planning to make higher attempts but the bench was lower than I was used to
180/195/210x on deadlift, first two were easy enough and the last was probably @9 but I didn't wait for the down command and got redlights. I weighed in right under 99kg.

It was a really fun experience, especially getting to meet and talk with a ton of strong lifters. Getting to watch a couple of 300kg+ squats, a 225kg bench and another 105kg lifter hit an easy 340kg (conventional with hook grip no less) in person was incredible. The meet directors were very helpful overall as I definitely wasn't the only new guy there, same thing with the strong lifters letting me and others warm up sufficiently despite there only being a couple good bars and racks.

I'm gonna give the beginner squat program a go. Squatting on TM just feels miserable and an anon said I'd be okay running it for a little bit, since its made for people that just got off SS, apparently. The benching on SS shows no sign of slowing down for now. Deadlifts are still flying up, and my chalk came in on Friday. There will be no stopping my ass on deadlifts, I swear.

GSLP actually has 1x5+ deadlifts on wednesday. You're supposed to do AMRAP.

If you want more deadlift frequency, then GSLP isn't really the best place to look for. Something like pic related would work best (or check https://fitsticky.com/novice-programs/).

Cardio? yes

Light callisthenics (emphasis on the light) or abs workouts? yes

Only one I ever tested was bench, and that was a while ago, when I did TM for pressing. The template wanted me to do a 1 RM, then make it a 2 RM, and then make that a 3 RM. I failed miserably after the 2 RM. 240x2. I should test them soon, maybe the week before I start cutting. Not sure yet. AMRAPs should be fun as fuck, even if I end up vomiting after them.

What I noticed from everyone that outlifted/wilksed me was that they had bigger or relatively bigger arms, legs, backs, etc etc

So, my plan is to work on hypertrophy and getting swole until I'm 10 weeks or so from my next meet, then run sheiko to prep for it. I'm also going to change my squat stance a bit and try to get away from the "gangly spider dropping into the hole" look and closer to the "filip squatting 300kg" look.

Gonna definitely hammer chest and triceps with spoto and slingshot presses and focus on improving my currently very straight up/down barpath.

it mostly boils down to getting more muscular and continuing to improve my form.

How can I get a stronger deadlift? I literally squat as much as I deadlift. I deadlift 1x a week and squat 1x a month and I can't budge my deadlift.
