I get really sick when I'm working out at the gym. I see black sploches, become pale, and end up nearly passing out causing me to sit in the bathroom for 20 mins in order to recover. Especially when I'm using machines. What am I doing wrong? How can I avoid this?

If you're wearing compressions on your chest then sure, that could be restricting breathing enough to make you light headed.
16oz water, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and 1banana, sometimes greek yogurt too. The preworkout meal stopped making me dizzy and gave me energy.
