Basic sports science. Basic common sense for that matter.

Most athletes hit their peak in 5 training years. Past that and you need to introduce significant change in stimulus to spur further adaptation.

The body adapts quick. Usually you wont have time/energy/recovery to pile on enough volume to produce changes after 5 years of good training. Unless you go on roids.

Snatch Deadlift means your back angle will be more horizontal and the range of motion longer. It's generally limited your grip strength or your upper/lower back.

A good deadlift variation is the one that works on your weaknesses. So find out what you need to strengthen and work on that. (or just do the ones you find fun doing)

You should hold the bar in the most comfortable way for you.
I personally find it pretty uncomfortable to lowbar holding it like a highbar (thumbs around, extended wrist, elbows down...).
When I grip it like Rip teaches (thumbs over, wrist straight, elbows in line with wrists) I find it very comfy and easy to hold the bar.

But do what you find the most comfortable. It doesn't really matter much.

Snatch pulls are more than just a different grip, you're supposed to internally rotate the shoulder (while still flexing lats/"pulling the bar into you" and keeping arms relaxed). Also really arch your lower back & squeeze your chest up.

Melatonin works pretty good for me usually. I didn't expect to have a hard time sleeping the past couple nights as I felt tired as shit well before I fell asleep. here's a pretty good way to figure out footing for bench
>set up the bench with a moderate amount of weight on it
>set your shoulders, grip, and back first
>set your feet in a moderate position (not too wide/narrow not too tucked/out in front of you)
>use the bar to push yourself into the bench pad, but don't unrack the bar
>use your legs now to push yourself horizontally off the end of the bench
>if you slide off the end of the bench put more weight on the bar so you can press yourself down harder or chalk up the bench/your back
>if your hips rise either widen your feet or tuck your feet under you more
>now play with different positions (feet close and tucked)(feet wide and tucked)(feet close and far out)(feet wide and far out)
Usually tucking/widening will keep the hips down on the bench, but that's only good if you have a problem with keeping your but on the bench, otherwise you lose the horizontal (sliding off the edge of the bench) pushing, which is what you want.

already did mate, actually managed the 10 reps then the 10 triples with 60s rest, but it was a constant 10+ minute mental challenge. Just not being fully rested ready to smesh the next set affected me a lot, but it taught me a few things that I don't need to me mentally prepare myself so long before heavy sets.

sort of hard to see valgus from that angle to be fair. it's even worse when you take a video from the side and someone screams "KNEE VALGUS!!!!///". its practically impossible to see knee valgus from the side unless your knees are touching eachother

the form is not as bad as some of the squats i did last weekend, a lot better than when i did lowbar squats when i started lifting, and i would say it's better than most's especially when it's over 90% of 1RM (not to trying to make myself seem like a good lifter here though).

It's definitely not easy to see it, but in the couple of videos you've posted, it seems like you get it immediately when you start to go up. You probably aren't bracing correctly, which affects the weight you squat tremendously.
Also with high bar you still want to move your hips out of position a little bit before you descend. Perform valsalva BEFORE you unrack and keep the tension then same pretty much throughout the lift. Keep your feet more pointed forward and less diagonal and let your legs track with them
