Feel great and I know the week after doesnt have really high volume or abnormal intensity, so since youve ran it 4 times doing something like I do would be easy. By increasing your 1rm by 10% youre basically doing 90% for doubles compared to your original one rep max?

I'm dyel af so take this with a (large) grain of salt, but this has been working for me. If my workset is 3pl8 I would do:

135 1x5
185 1x4
205 1x3
225 1x 2-3
265 1x 1-2

I basically just work up, adding 20-40lbs (or 10-20% of workset) or so and reducing the rep ranges. Once I finish the 275 I do one single at around 90-92% to more or less "get used to" how heavy the weight will feel during the workset.

That last warmup would be like

290 1x1

And then I go into my workset of

315 1x5+

May not be optimal, but I've been consistently adding weight to the bar every workout and I do not feel tired after my worksets.

Why are you low on test? Age? Bad nutrition? HRT? Off cycle?

It really depends on the trainee, you have to go try things out with him and adjust accordingly - specially if he's not a novice.

But with lower test you will have slower recovery and slower growth/progression. It's also easier to accumulate fatigue. Volume can still be handled fine as long as you're eating enough (and not overdoing it).
So basically, slower progression, more spaced out periodization, less intense workouts, higher percentage of "volume" compared to "intensity" work... That sort of stuff.
But this, of course, depends on the trainee. It has to be accompanied and personalised. If you're on the lower end of regular male test-levels, changes do not need to be dramatic at all. But if you're at 5-9 ng/dl of total free test (like me), you have to make big changes to the program (and be a lot more patient).

As for diet, first thing to look at are the micronutrients. Increasing your intake of zinc and magnesium to normal levels, increasing vitamins A and D, C and iron (for anaemia), and even saturated fats, can increase your test levels a bunch and even bring them to normal levels.
As for macros, eat on a caloric surplus accordingly to the amount of volume in your routine, and try to pay extra attention to the intake of protein.

When you come up out of the whole, you start to straighten out the knee, then straighten out the hip, then finish extending the knee. You can see that at 3/7/10 seconds on your webm.

If you watch that Max Aita video, he explains that as you go into the hole let your knees go where-ever they're going to go, then keep them pushed out while you extend your hips - as if you were pressing your knees into a wall or some shit.

That way you're not taking tension out of the quads when you're coming back up. Seriously, watch the Max Aita vid - it's great stuff.
