I got food poisoning and have been puking bile and shitting water for 3 days. I think I lost 7-10 pounds or more already and I feel weak as fuck. There goes my winter bulk...

What's gobblin' my gains most right now is my depression. I've only worked out once in the past three days and I'm feeling so-so about today. I haven't fucked up my calories or macros yet, but fuck is it tempting right now.

I need to figure out how to get out of this fast.
