Well, 3x8 on the main lifts doesn't sound so good, but the rest is just a normal 3 day split, in the long run consistency and progressive overload is better than what kind of split you are doing.

This is a damn good workout routine, except for those main lifts, I would make the adjustment of 5x3 or 3x5 for those main lifts and roll with that though.
