I don't have much experience with much of anything desu. But the one thing I'm relatively sure of is if you keep hiding what you really want to be or do, it'll be very difficult to be happy. And they're your brothers. More likely than not they'll still love you. If you just be yourself, you don't need to worry about what girls think, just doing what you want to will make you happiest.

Also, super hype to go to the gym tomorrow, even though it's RD for squats, a Madcow-esque session for bench, and devoid of pretty much anything difficult.

Our lifts are pretty similar except you have a much better binch than me and 30lbs on my squat.

185 3x5 binch

Still adding weight every workout to sq/dl, although bench/ohp takes 2 workouts until I can add on weight

Fucking kek. I had to drop my bench down 40 lbs, even though 20 lbs was manageable. My squat fell by 45 lbs, my deadlift was also down by like 35, and my ohp dropped by 25.

I tore both pecs squatting in January. There's a reason my trip was Rippetits kek.

My diddlies are going up 10 lbs a session, and bench is going pretty damn smooth. I'm hoping to hit 245+x3x5 before I get thrown off of SS for pressing. And it's so good because I did a 3x8 with it for months. Volume on volume. Shit works, even though I didn't progress my bench for 70% of the time, I did have a period of a couple months where I went from 155x3x8 to 185x3x8 on a cut, adding 5 lbs every two weeks. The muscle gain is why I'm able to do an LP on my pressing for a relatively decent weight.

Stretching has helped me a shitton, I've been doing Molding Mobility and Starting Stretching and I feel so much less tight everywhere. My right side is so much tighter than my left which is already tight af.

My shoulders felt exhausted after the first day of stretching them because of how sedentary I've been for so long in my life.

I coach a highschool PL team and this is what I have all the kids run for their first few months.

It's my favorite linear program. The control days really teach them how to not bounce BP and how to be comfortable under-load with squats.

I don't have them do paused DL's though.

finally figured out why my squat sucks dick no matter how much i squat, and why i can never train deads after squats anywhere near effectively

my long ass legs mean i use so much back and so little quads when i squat, so my back is just fucked for deads, and my squat barely increases because my quads just dont grow enough

did some highbar beltless sets today and they felt fantastic and smooth AND i have a quad pump for the first time in ever AND i can pull after doing them
