In the process as we speak. One month in, - 10lbs from 243 to 232ish. Goal weight is 210lbs. So far so good, using myfitnesspal to track calories and macros

Started keto at 350 lbs. Gave up on it once I started lifting weights at 280. On a normal diet now and I'm down to 240. I couldn't do it while lifting.
