I do PPx PPL+A (abs).
Legs are big muscles, they increase in size very very fast.
My legs are literally exploding, i dont see the point in doing legs 2x per week. I rather add another Push or Pull workout for that.
i do pplxpplx but sometimes just skip one of the legs. its tiresome and ive been doing more cardio so i feel the tax on my legs. plus i have big legs anyways and all my pants fit snug around the quads and hams (i always get commented on them) so if i feel the need to, ill skip one of them
