Who else trex mode?

I was a runner before start lifting and my legs are disproportional from the rest of the body. Squatting 3x a week won't do much.

Which exercises are king for working out the upper body?

My routine is AxBxCxx

>A:
DL- 3x5
Bench - 3x5
Barbell Row - 3x5
Lateral Dumbell Raise - 5x12
Rear Delt Raise - 5x12
DB Fly - 5x12

>B:
Bench - 3x5
OHP - 3x5
Lateral Dumbell Raise - 5x12
Rear Delt Raise -5x12
Shrugs - 5x10
Bent-over Dumbell Row - 6x10 (3 sets per arm)

DL- 1x5
Bench - 3x5
Barbell Row - 3x5
Lateral Dumbell Raise -5x12
Shrugs - 5x10
BB curl - 5x10
Skullcrushers - 5x10

Pic related, didn't start lifting until 8 months into my cut, so alot of my growth has come from noobgain. I recently started implementing RPT training on just my compound lifts and am seeing even better gains while on my cut. I do cardio every day, and my job requires me to be on my feet 7-10 hours a day, so I don't even need to squat or have a leg day.

I think it might have something to do with my mobility. I OHP like I'm doing a standing incline bench. My flexibility is awful.
