Could be wrong here but as a beginner, assuming you're doing a proper heavy compound full-body routine like SS/SL, three days a week is enough.
You need time to recover between gym sessions, and doing something like that every day is pointless.
When you're doing a more advanced routine, you can easily get into 5 or 6 days, but you're doing a split at that point.

Every day until I can't anymore. Its usually like 20 days
lift any day in which you are able to also consume the proper amount of calories and get 8 hours of sleep
