Good training session today. All bench sets felt super fucking easy but I realized after videoing my third set that my heels were slightly off the ground so I switched to heeled shoes and fixed it. Heeled shoes always felt really weird on bench before today.

I've been having shoulder pain from squatting and benching and used pic related preventatively and had no shoulder pain benching today at all. Also used it on my back while pulling and it felt great.

Paused beltless squats were great though. Worked up to 405 ASS TO GRASS BELTLESS MASTER RACE, which is a "PR" technically.

My advice would be to use the attached Prilepin table, but ONLY use the RPE 8 protocols for a couple weeks. If that goes good, then bump up to the RPE 9 workouts. If RPE 10's go smoothly, then it's time to bump up your maxes.

If they're great wraps, nearly new, and someone wraps for you AND you know how to use them... then probably closer to 80+
For someone like you, you can really crank the wraps, and you squat enough weight to really sink into them. Also, since you're high bar, you get a little more rebound.
