I do:
Chest/tri on mon
back/bi on tues
legs on wed
shoulders/traps (and work a little on stretching etc.) on thurs
friday I usually take off, then I may do something on the weekends, but I'm usually out doing fit related shit anyhow like mountain biking or kayaking so it may not be the gym.
My brosplit: ABCxABCx
A) Pull (biceps back, traps)
obligatory lifts: deadlift, pullups/chinups
rest: every machine/variation I can think of
B)legs-abs
obligatory lift: squat
rest: lunges, leg isolation machines and abs exercises
C)Push (triceps, chest, shoulder)
obligatory: benchpress
rest: all kind of shit
I spend about 2 hours at the gym, and sometimes there are some moves I can't do because too tired/not enough time. What I do is for the next "pull day", I begin with those exercises I couldn't on previous pull day

it's just a way to get more volume for shoulders or triceps. It's so fucking hard to do shoulders after pecs esp if you do flat bench.
