Need tips for killer ab exercises.
So far I've tried (and had decent results with)
Hanging leg raises
Weighted Crunches
Ab-wheel
But I don't feel much from leg raises anymore. Weighted crunches puts pressure on my back, and using an ab-wheel makes my knees hurt. Post some of your favorite exercises for me to try!

You should be doing an wheel with your knees on a cushy pad, not the hard gym floor BAKA

I do them on a pad. The pain is more of an ache that can last for several days

Late reply senpai but don't even put your knees down using the ab wheel and see how that goes for you
Dragon tails.
