What's the success of a succesfull cut ?
I can't seem to maintant my progress. As soon as I start to see my abs, I fuck up a few weeks after.

You should lose approximately 1-2lb of bodyweight per week at most.
I can't reliably give you info on when you will be x% but I can say that if you're a normal sized not obese or overweight person your total bodyfat percentage will lower 1-2% every four weeks

For example
guy is 200lb 20% bodyfat, cuts 2lbs a week and 2% bodyfat every 4 weeks for 16 weeks
week 0: 200lb 20%
week 4: 192lb 18%
week 8: 184lb 16%
week 12: 176lb 14%
week 16: 164lb 12%
obviously results vary but just don't try to lose more than 2lb per week and stick to the plan.

Just use a stimulant as a crutch. Caffeine works well, and amphetamine is a god send if you have access to it.
