How many times per day and per week you think would be good for optimal gains using pic related? Any good exercises for targeting forearms besides wrist curls and farmer's walk?

Static holds, wrist roller, supplement with a grip trainer, been rock climbing since u was a kid and anyone with huge strong forearms in the industry only does those things. Static hold on something not flat is better like a climbing hold or something but with a bar works, work up till you do it with fingers but be careful, easy to tear the fuck out of yourself if you go to hard to fast.
