Did I waste all my noob gains?
My stats are
>squat: 85kg
>OHP: 55kg
>Bench: 60kg
>DL: 120kg
>about 25% bf
Should I do SS or something else since im not technically 'starting'?
>>35000581
you can't waste noob gains, you strength is still noob and so you are still noob.
>>35000600
But fit told me that you only have a specific time when you start excising till CNS adaptations make gaining harder.

Wtf mate? How can you lift (even just a bit) and be that fat?
>>35000653
CNS adaptations imply that you're stronger, which you're not.
Noob gains have little to do with time, and more with rate of progression.
>ohp 55kg
>bench 60kg
How the fuck?
>>35001193
>push press
>>35001193
I don't know. I think my bench form might be shit, I've had trouble increasing it for a long time yet my ohp kept rising.
>>35000581
You sound exactly like me when I started. Do you have long limbs? My problem with bench was always that I had long arms which made the lift a little harder. Your DL is pretty decent though so that's good man.

Just looked up push press, I don't use my legs
>>35001504
Just measured, my hight is exactly equal to my arm span, which I believe is average.
>>35000581
same, been going to the gym for almost 2 years
180cm @ 72kg
stats are (no bully):
squat 90kg
ohp 45kg
bench 70kg
dl 130kg
chinups w/ 20kg added
all within 5 to 8 reps
can I still hop on a strength based routine and expect to progress linearly eating TDEE+500kcal?

bump
>>35001589
U r fucking retarded your wingspan and height are the same for everyone dipshit
>>35002003
No it's not you fucking retard. It's extremely common that people have different height to wingspan ratio. Ex: basketball players, swimmers, christ go measure your own wingspan
Da vinci pls go.
