It's garbage, over 3 months and I made absolutely no strength gains, got a little bigger but consequently learnt to hate body building and loose motivation.

I still like it, but benching twice a week and pressing once is the best way for an intermediate to go on a 3 day program. Definitely. I sacrificed a lot of gains for being too uptight about press.
You literally can progress easily by pressing once a week, frequency isn't important as an intermediate.

The heavier set will make the final set feel lighter.

Looks good, but I'd suggest going on a lower volume Sheiko plan, like he has on the mobile app. The reason for this is you need to steadily acclimate to the volume so you can keep making more gains and eventually work up to the routine you're on.
