Weight is an inherent part of volume, and all you're doing in this case is calculating how much you lifted that day. On a scale from utterly irrelevant to absolutely essential to your very existence, the unit you use to do the math is very low.

Not sure tBh. My previous uni gym was in the second floor, and some structural engineers (or whatev) noticed some worrying cracks, which they attributed to dropping of weights. The building was made of concrete, and people rarely deadlifted on the floor instead of the platform.

Depends on if the volume will go up in the future. If so then dont bump it up, If you're currently in your highest volume phase and it's mega easy I still wouldnt bump it up but it's more acceptable. IMO you should just run the program with the same maxes through out, that's part of the peak, the fact that you get stronger but the weights dont change helps reduce the fatigue as you go.

I rarely reach RPE 9 on any sets. They're easy enough that I do try to do my working sets with a limited time on the clock. Usually 10-18 minutes for 5-6 sets.

What if in 2 weeks when I hit the 6 week mark in sheiko I switch to c6w?

I feel like lifting more times per week would help me lose more weight for my meet in january.
3 days feels like plenty of work but I feel like spreading it out more would help me, seeing as I have a poor work capacity but good recovery.

The peaking would still line up with my meet.

This doesnt mean you need to peak really hard, or cut weight for every meet but I do think competing 3-4 times a year for most PLers is a good idea. This doesnt apply to really high level people, like national champs and shit.

Yeah in that case do not increase the 1RM. Last cycle when things got really easy in the last 8 weeks I would add 5lbs to each working set until I hit a good RPE then come back down. Example
