Depends on what languages you're looking to read but if you're wanting basic programming code Academy is a great resource as well as w3schools

Wise man say, read script is easy. Write script is hard.

Take the time to decide, or at least tell us what it's for and figure out which language you need to know then start looking for beginner tutorials for that language. Most beginner tutorials will explain the basics of code itself then get into the specifics of the given language. I don't think you'll be able to find general tutorials on code itself, all by itself.

If you learn the basics of these you learned the basics of 80% of the languages, move to Python, since its kind a different in some ways. Consider Java and OOP basics, learn about HTML XML and other markup languages, consider CSS too and bootstrap. Learn Javascript and its libs.
This whole thing will take no more than a month, but if you want to learn how to program, I am sorry you have to be good at math to pick it up that easy. The main reason is algorithms (coz if u know math you probably already know few) and thats about it.
Any more questions ?

www.codecademy.com is free, has very user-friendly interface, and offers tutorials on several programming languages. Start with the JavaScript and Python lessons.
