I don't get the point op.
If this is some 'non copy' key why do you think you can order it based on the code without them checking the owner? If its some random code key then why don't you send the manufacturer the picture so they can decide it and send you one. If you are taking the code to a locksmith why bit just take the key and why would the code help them? If you have the tools to make your own why not copy it?
