Measure the tile.
It looks like 12"
If it is 12" it is a modern standard VCT tile, no asbestos.

About 1 cup of vinegar in a gallon of hot water and scrub that stain with #0000 steel wool

Stain, gone.

Reapply a liquid wax suitable for VCT tiles.
