So I got tasked with repairing this POS electrical oven and it seems like the only problem is a blown fuse. With a microscope I could see that it is a sefuse sf214e. I don't know where I can get one without ordering online, so is it okay to bypass this ? Or are there any similar products I might be able to find "offline" ?

Oh sure thing, what could go wrong?

Personally I would probably just bypass it until the package arrives, if you can't live without it for a while. This naturally means it won't blow when the temp gets too high though, so keep an eye on it while it's in use...

I'm guessing I don't need to emphasize how dangerous it could be

I think I'll order some and wait. Can I use something like pic related or a car fuse rated for the same 10amps, but 32V in the mean time? Or would those melt/break due to the temperature?

Just be sure it can handle the heat.

Don't forget OP, the fuse blew for a reason.

The circuit isn't broken because the fuse blew. The fuse blowing is an indicator that the circuit is broken. Before you replace it, find out why it blew in the first place.

That's a thermal fuse. It's meant to cut power in case of device fire. They also have a working life; they fail after some number of thermal cycles...

You can bypass it, just keep in mind if device catches fire it will remain hot. So don't leave it unattended. For an oven... You probably want to get a new thermal fuse.

I just cut out and bypassed the one in my waffle maker and won't replace. It's a device that by its nature is always attended to.

Not necessarily. Thermal fuses have a life, like light bulbs. It could have just failed on thermal cycling.

Good point. It's still probably worth a quick look to make sure no wires are shorting though. Just to be sure.
