hello , how would i fix these plastic standoffs into place ? i've tried superglue but the whole is too big and it just drops out the bottom . is there a putty or special glue i'm unaware of ?

The fan isnt threaded, and those standoffs arent long enough to go through he fan to put a nut on it.
Fans are mounted with course screws that cut their own pseudo threads into the plastic

there are plastic sets with standoffs, nuts and bolts. The screws you posted are the correct ones to be used with fans, but obviously OP needs standoffs.
