get creative because otherwise its a waste.

Dad's a butcher and we have a hunter friend that lives next door. Hunter friend tries to get 2 deer per trip, dad cuts 'em up nice. We get free jerky, the rest of the cuts go to the hunter's son and his family. They always comment on how nice and fresh the meat is - never 'hairy' like at their friends'.

I would put that freezer paper wrapped meat in freezer bags. I process deer into 1/2 ground venison with 80 20 bacon and 1/2 for roasts plus some tenderloin.

The best option depending on how long you have to get rid of it may be donate it to charity/soup kitchen, as depending on where you are, just outright selling it may not be a possibility.
