Mix the two components, pour over thing to be copied, vacuum, let cure.
When cured, it will be pretty elastic, and should be kinda easy to remove. Once it's removed, pour in epoxy resin and vacuum out the air bubbles. Let cure, and remove your copy.

You can find loads of information on the Internet how to make a mold using recommended materials, so I'll rather offer you alternative solution.
I used to make stop-motion puppets from silicone caulk. First, i made positive model from plasticine. Then I use gypsum (ordinary plaster, but you would like to use dental one for finer details) to make one half of mold (dip slowly in little-more-than-usual-thick gypsum solution). After it dries, I cover it with something fat (oil or tombstone cleaning paste) to prevent another half of mold from sticking. Pour another half with gypsum, open after a couple of hours, remove plasticine positive. Oil both parts of negative form. Make sure there are no floating oil left (it could dissolve with silicon). Apply silicone caulk to both halves, connect them together, wait a day. Open negative form with knife slowly, pull out casting, enjoy.
Not bad for $20 worth of materials.
