Khajiits are more muddled, as they're related to Bosmer, so who knows if there could be a union. I doubt it, though, for the same reason Argonians are probably incompatible. They're so fundamentally different, in this case with their morphology, that there can't be a blend.
As far as racial phylogeny goes, obviously there's SOME mixing otherwise bretons wouldn't exist, however there's a point to be made about them looking mostly man-like.
My personal takeaway is that beast races are generally incompatible and inter-race breeding generally leaves the offspring MOSTLY the mother's race.
