I prefer the beef, bean,and green chili. I nuke them enough to get them thawed then pan fry them with a bit of oil to get them hot and crispy, and if I'm in the mood for extra heat I rub it down with some habenero hot sauce before frying
Last night I put butter, onions and diced mushrooms in the microwave. Cooked them down then added beans and cheese and pic related .
Into a heated flour tortilla and add sour cream and avocado.
I cant believe how well the mushrooms and onions came out in the micro.

Now I do love canned ortega green chiles and eat them often on hot dogs, but this 505 shit is much closer to that roasted NM flavor. Still not as good as frozen , but pretty damned impressive.
