I don't understand how people don't like cauliflower. It's delicious raw and or steamed on its own ?
Serve with either spaghetti with meat sauce and a salad on the side or serve with a nice juicy steak. I feel that it pairs well with beef dishes

i'm not sure, i used to think that boiled cauliflower sucks but recently i've been thinking it might actually be ok and that i've only received overcooked cauliflower in the past.
cauliflower gratin(?) is amazing and so is puré.

Usually just cut it into florets, toss it in olive oil and flavorings, and roast at 425 until it looks perfectly golden brown.

Going to actually try some tossed in buffalo sauce once my oven preheats.

Back, the recipe was shit. Should've known better. It called for dipping them in batter, roasting, tossing in buffalo sauce, then roasting again.

Fuck that, just roast them as you would normally (toss in a little oil, salt, pepper, little onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika), then toss it in buffalo sauce.

This is why I hate 90% of online recipes, I think I'm learning a different way of doing things, then realize I should've just went on intuition because most people can't cook for shit.
