How do I stop going on this damn website? I managed to quit other toxic places (i.e. tumblr) by just deleting my account, but here I can just hop right on. Anyone know any chrome extensions to help with this?

there are many ways to block a website. child blocks, extensions and such. if you google 'how to block a website' a thousand options show up. having a friend, parent, roommate, or whatever hold the password to this helps.
jsut remember that if your logic will ultimately be

then literally nothing other than quitting your internet service will work.
one thing i recommend is thinking about what you actually want to do when not here. most people come back too often cuz they dont have other hobbies or activities. deleting 4chan wont give you hobbies. so you have to have a plan. write out a schedule of what you intend to do that day and do it.
