Hey, what's up everyone. Hope you're doing well tonight .
I got some trouble fantasizing . No, not of the ambitious kind , of which I have many , I mean the sexual kind . I'm on nofap, and it's been going really well especially for someone who doesn't exactly fit into the introverted awkward stereotype that most people on this website are, but I feel like I'm not maximizing my gains .
When I go to sleep, like soon, instead of looking at porn or fapping, and especially these summer days where I don't really see anyone that often expect for the occasional hangout or party, I'll sort of fantasize instead for the dopamine rush.
Generally the fantasys have always been vanilla , so no worries there , and I hardly would call them fantasies either, because it's more
me remembering sexy times with my former (and first) gf.
What can I do to remove these sexual thoughts easier from my head ?
