Having a really bad panic attack any idea how to calm down?? I have calmed down a lot tho I still have a ton of chest pain and feel dizzy.

In that case, eating chocolate can raise your mood. That is, if you are not a fatfag.

In my depression I lost 15 kilograms, so eating chocolate is totally fine for me. Otherwise, sometimes just talking to other people about the problems can help.

If you don't have those, I recommend search for them.
