Thing is, there's enough futa content and enough diversity to maintain a good number of threads. Some of this is also generated by the balls/no balls of pussy/no pussy argument which a bunch of people really seem to care about.
Considering the massive amount of futa content available and otherwise relevant to plenty of threads there are also a lot of threads which specify "no futa", which creates the need for a niche futa version of that thread because there is legitimately enough futa content to have two versions (one futa and one non-futa) where one thread could have existed.
Fat gets less threads because there's a massive content disparity and because it lacks an inherent divide in the community (such as balls vs no balls) that can sometimes cause OPs to further segregate the content.
Basically, once you've got fat, Rule34 fat, and deflated bounce house levels of fat you've pretty much got any variation of art that exists for the fetish and trouble generating enough new content to house it all. Diapers are even easier since other than separating out a rule 34 version maybe most diaper images seem to go over well in most diaper threads.
So basically that. Futa's a massive community which is often ousted from other threads by the OP and remains divided within itself. This generates a lot of threads but basically all of them are different from each other in a legitimate way or can't be integrated into another thread because of some rule set by OP.
