Curse client (google it) is your addon management tool. check it once or twice a week and hit the button when it tells you there's a new version of your addons.

MRP/flagsRSP: I use mrp, but in reality most profile addons work the same. You get an extra tab on your character screen and a button that shows all your lewd information once filled in. Anyone else with a comparable profile will be able to see yours, and vice versa. You don't necessarily have to have anything on your profile- but keeping it blank is a shitter move and you will be judged for it.
