In the Manga there was no SSB 10xKajo vs Zerg Evolution bullshit but just straight up SSB > Timeskip and that Vegeta would've easily won as well if he conserved his transformation instead of showing it off to Saiyan. (Because for some reason going Blue a second time in a short period of time only leaves you with 10% of the original power).

Toriyama gives both Toei and Toyble story drafts that they both can expand on. So there's no real way of knowing which is more canon.
Ritual-less SSG was a Toyble addition, while SSB Kaioken was a Toei addition. But in the end, the basic premise is the same and that's all that matters.
Toriyama does review Toyble's manga chapters before release...but that's after it's done. He just gives the okay...and in fact he spoke in an interview that he wants Toyble to take more liberties with his drafts.

I like Toyble more, like the Hit fight was a bit more about tactics (Hiding his leg movements, etc) instead of boiling down to "Goku sees the future 1 minute ahead of time" after 1upping each other for 1 episode.

Goku wasn't seeing the future. He was using his fighting experience to guess how Hit would move when approached like he was approaching. He was pretty much baiting him and then countering.

Also, I preferred Vegeta v Magetta in the anime. The manga version was too quick, with not much fighting...and the name-calling weakness in the manga seemed to be borrowed by Janemba.

Hit was falling for it pretty much just because he had never fought anyone face to face before. Any opponent he fought wouldn't have survived past the first time he stopped time.
The fact that an outside observer was able to see the ability and gauge his movements to guess where he would go to during the time skip really messed with him.

He'll grow onto her. They already had the handholding at the beginning of the arc. Mai is just a little starstruck by his future self is all. Chances are there won't be anything really big happening between them in this arc though unlike in BoG. It's probably a set up until they are older and get together then in a paralel to their future selves.

Beerus and Whis are basically neutral and Goku and Vegeta aren't unbeatable. He could provide some help by easily becoming SSB but for some reason he's still a fuccboi.

Why would he need to fuse with Goku at all? He doesn't need his body to go to the mortal world (As evidenced by Supreme Kai), and based on the fact that he goes toe to toe with SSJ Goku next episode, he doesn't need his strength.
