Seems like the kind of sneaky thing he'd do, and you should notice that after Rindou says all that, Osamu isn't shown being surprised by the words. By having Rindou open the floor to criticism despite being an ally, it ends up making Osamu's argument stronger with "increased opposition", and also addressing concerns that may not have been openly stated. Redirection, kind of. This is something Netsuki sorta tried doing in the conference post-invasion by using a fake reporter to change the target of criticism.

Nah, that'd raise a bunch of eyebrows at Hyuse essentially showing up out of nowhere on Tamakoma-2. Have him join with the next batch of C-ranks, start him off at 3000 points, and let him spend a few days farming his way up to establish himself in Border. 3000 points isn't unprecedented, and he'd get some good practice in using Border triggers to fight Border agents.
He'd still draw attention, but after Yuma and Chika's examples, people would just be asking "Where the fuck does Tamakoma keep finding them?", and would be thankful that this time the Border higher ups had the sense to give Hyuse the "max" amount of starting points. By the time he formally joins Tamakoma-2, everyone is going to expect it.

In theory it should be able to replenish itself from the agents. Sit around in their regular bodies and let the ship absorb trion from them. Then it would just be a question of the agents having enough food, rest, and time to refuel the ship. Considering that might mean spending a few days on a potential hostile world, communicating with the locals to ensure they don't get attacked would be a good idea.

That would be part of the "rest and time" bit. If you're confident the locals won't attack, you can refuel quickly and safely without needing anything more. If the locals are hostile, refueling could be slow going if trion is needed for combat instead.
Really, it probably depends on how much trion it takes to get the ship from one world to the next. Though considering that some of their away missions called for either raiding battlefields, or defeating hostiles to pick up new triggers, they can't have relied on trading for fuel in the past.

Putting on a team that has to earn it's way on to the away mission incentivizes Hyuse to work with Border and follow their rules. He can't just wait around and go on the away mission, he has to actually integrate into Osamu's team as a subordinate, and the team has to be performing well enough to go on the away mission. No, they use the same tool, bullets, but using them through cubes or guns make them different roles, gunners are kind of supporters which mission is to make it easier for others to deal the finish blow, on the other side shooters are ranged damage dealers

They're literally the same triggers, used slightly differently. It doesn't matter if they use a pistol, an assault rifle or a trion cube, they're the same position.
Remember back to the very first explanation of triggers and positions during the black trigger retrieval arc. Shooters are just gunners that don't use guns.

An All Rounder is is someone who switches between ranges on the fly blazing fast. They aren't people who just stand around shooting for hours on end.

Not really. All through Osamu's training people have been saying that shooters are supposed to be ranged support. Even Izumi said that it was worth learning to score points because sometimes shooters were the only ones left, meaning that normally they're expected to be support.
The shooters we see tend to have higher trion than the average gunner so they are better able to score points, but everyone Osamu talks to acts like shooters are expected to support just like gunners.
