So I know all of my kana. I learned it over the span of three weeks during bus rides.
However I'm having a bit of trouble with remebering kanji slash vocabulary. When I see a specific kanji or set of kanji, I am able to recognize the meaning, but I myself am unable to force or rather eke out the word or kanji that I want to say... It is as if Ive never studied it at all.
I've been using JED and Oben-kyo, as well as writing them down in a handbook as per the ops cornucopia of resource materials.. What fur mther resources can I use to improve my ability to force the memorization of these squiggly lines in my head? Thank you.

When you are studying kanji, are you doing Kanji -> Meaning (look at a kanji and try to produce from memory its meaning) or Meaning -> Kanji (see the meaning of a kanji and try to produce, i.e. write, that kanji from memory)?
Kanji -> Meaning is the easier approach but Meaning -> Kanji is the more effective one which will let you write characters at will.

After that you could try a different Anki deck with kanji in it instead of radicals. The guy who made that radical deck says he has also made a kanji deck in the description on that page. Anki should be a lot more effective for the task in any case than just randomly writing out random characters at random intervals.

"ye" isn't a 和 phoneme anymore but that doesn't mean the sound doesn't exist. Sometimes words can be pronounced with either a "e" or "ye" sound where an え goes. The beginning of a word is the most obvious example. If a word begins with え, and it's an old enough word, then someone somewhere probably pronounces it as starting with ye.

That seems to happen when an え is preceded by a ん (んえ rather than ね). There are a few cards where it happens in the Core deck (禁煙 is one of them from memory).
I'm guessing the native you heard read out 三円 (さんえん), thus the "y" sound got added between the two words.

I'm using the 2k6k vocab deck from the startup guide, I'm at 1500 words and finshed a book about grammar, but I think I need to use the language to actually understand and get the feeling for it.

You can start reading once you're through basic grammar. If you finished a book, you can start anytime.
If you feel too overwhelmed, consider parallel reading. It's often used in language study.
Basically you get a VN that's already translated, and play the translated version in parallel to the Japanese one, in two game windows. You would advance one line in the Japanese version, try to understand it, then look at the translated line and compare.

For me, あ is easy because you see it in porn all the time. か and 力 are easy because they're the "ka" in "katana" (刀). As for が, well, I left all the " sounds for the end. You get a feel for how the " changes the base pronunciations soon enough.

"good" and "evil" is not something that's inherent to humans. You don't create a good or evil human. Such terms were created by humans themselves, long after we were created. They are a merely a collection of social rules that we established.
For a perfect being like a God, such terms may not even have a real meaning. Animals are not good or evil, they merely fight for survival. Is God imperfect because he created predators, which hurt other animals? From God's point of view, animals killing animals and humans killing humans might not be so different.
We labeled ourselves imperfect by coming up with such terms as a good person or a virtuous person. But what if, from God's point of view, there is nothing wrong with an evil person? You may label God evil, but such terms only hold any meaning for humans.

If god made us in his own image, that would include free will. That would also include the capacity for good, and evil. God is not all good, he is both all good and all evil at once. He is everything, infinite. This is the paradox of divinity, and of infinity.
He allowed for humans to walk whatever path they would like. This world just IS, it's not good or evil. It was simply created for us to live in. Maybe pain was created as a foil for pleasure, just another paradox to explain the existence of equal and opposites. Humans, like God, simple ARE as we are and how we choose to be. The nature of the universe we live in is of probability, of circumstance. Nothing in this world is anything but circumstance, and yet we also have free will to live in such a random world.
I'm not religious at all by the way, I just believe in math and probability. This is just my own personal view of the world.

The idea of a "good" God inherently implies the existence of "evil", since we need something to compare it to. If by this logic we assume God is "good" by acknowledging the existence of evil and his lack thereof, then he is not "good" at all because "evil" exists by his almighty hand. So then God is both "good" and "evil" at the same time, because there is no way for both concepts to exist mutually exclusively.
Saying God is not all powerful because he cannot rid the world of evil makes no sense because using the aforementioned logic, there is no "good" without it's foil of "evil". This argument does not disprove God's infinite capacity.

Serious answer? Just use anki for at least 1000 words or so before you even consider doing it a different way.
Other ways might even work better for you but it's far far easier to get lazy with them, and when you're just starting is also the easiest time to get lazy because it's overwhelming.
Anki forces you to do it. It's the best way to build a foundation and get to the point where you can at least read like 5-10% of some stuff you see occasionally and that's enough to keep you motivated if you want to drop anki

Here's an advice about RTK from someone who completed it a year ago:
Only do it if you have a reason to regularly write in Japanese.
Not "I want to be able to just in case", you'll fucking forget how to if you don't have a reason to keep writing every day. Real reason, not some misguided idea about how cool would it be to have a notebook filled with random handwritten kanji lying around.
If you don't have a reason then stick to learning through vocab.
