My guesses:
Empire, Kingdom, and Theocracy doing maximum damage control, with everything backfiring due to the Empire's alliance with Ainz making the Empire look even more untrustworthy and the Kingdom already practically under Ainz' control in all but name.
Ainz goes and ends up solving Dragon Queen's woes while also forging direct deals with the dwarfs. Dragon Queen now swears loyalty to Ainz instead, and this is another blow to the Theocracy. Maybe throw in some beastmen too; if they're not turned into superior undead protecting the Dragon Kingdom, they're afraid of being put into Demiurge's funfarm and playground.
For sure though, I expect the first two chapters to mostly be over the fallout of Ainz' grand display of might, as well as the changes to E-Rantel that ends up making them a prosperous city despite being under the rule of an "evil" being.
The rest of the LN would be about AoG's overall expansion of influence with surrounding regions beyond E-Rantel.
I do expect at least one half-chapter involving Goblin General Enri and her village too.

Because they know each other's tastes, and they've gamed together. If their world wasn't a shithole, they'd probably have even gone drinking together and do more guy-like stuff such as gaming at arcades or reading naughty manga with each other and laughing, uncaring of gender. FemPero would probably have been that tomboyish younger sister to Teapot.
And given that they're also close enough to know each others' fetishes, and Pero having been more assertive than Momonga, FemPero would have eventually dressed to Momonga's fetish and sexually act it out with him, then later both working off their kinks.

Climb would die repeatedly, only to get revived for free by Ainz as part of a deal with Renner.
This of course puts Climb into an eternal sort of hell; no matter how many times he tries to level up (and even if he did level up), getting killed time and again would keep dropping his levels.
This in turn keeps him weak, and where Renner wants him, as she wants him to keep being reliant on her.
This would also ultimately put Climb into unfavorable light; while he probably was accompanied by determined warriors for the first few raid attempts, over time, they would ignore his call to arms as he'd be the only one returning from death after each major raid attempt. Of course, none of them besides Renner would know that most of those fighters were sent to help weaken certain groups and provide AoG with the necessary materials for Demiurge's funfarm and training for the Lizards and Hamsuke.

Probably. Kid doesn't even blink with any deaths he's caused, and isn't afraid to interact with the 7? worst denizens of Nazarick (King Roach, Gentleman Tentacle monster, Tapeworm parasite, etc).
Cocytus would probably be the second, if only because his warrior training and mindset demands him to put on the strongest performance possible, and that often would translate into violence as an art form.
Demiurge would be third, because while his methods are brutal, he prefers a slower and more methodical torture.

All this Pero was a girl talk makes me think, Ainz says that there were only 3 girls on his guild, but it wouldnt surprise me if there were more, a lot of grills like to hide their identities and be trated like men online, so with all the technology they might have available it seems more plausible, most probably not the ones who were closest to him, but one of the other 41 he doesnt regularly talk with.
