Hard to say, but from what was show so far, I would say Solution. She is the most logical and professional among the meidos. Yuri seems to be the smart type but she has so little screen time that it's hard to say how smart she is. Lupu seems to be decently smart too as she was able to rapidly mentally visualize what was assumed to be Ainz' supposed plan and conceptualize the end result, but her laziness and irresponsible nature makes her lose some points. Seems like the inhabitants of the world not only suffer from really low levels but also real world things like getting old and weak, while Momonga is max level 100 game character with rare game items in the real world.

Well time as a concept doesnt work the same in YGG, there even a human can live forever and grind till he hits 100, but in the NW you´re limited by age, and also NWorlders dont seem to have the ability to progress beyond a certain limit and Im not sure if it has anything to do with time.

But in Ygg he never used them in PvP or stuff. They were just collection items to them.
Which is to say that he's plenty capable without the cash items. He was renowned in Ygg for being one of the best skill users even in spite of his build which wasn't minmaxed and was primarily made for roleplaying purposes.
In Vol. 9 he only used that cash item to speed up the casting of Shub-Niggurath because he wanted to appear flashy and also because he knew the soldiers were getting antsy and he wanted to speed up the process. He doesn't need that cash-shop item to cast that spell though.

If he used a cash level item to kill low levels who pose no threat, he would definitely use them whenever he feels like it, not only whenever he would actually need it.

Nono, I get that. My original point is that even without cash-shop items he is still plenty strong. He never relied on them before and he was still a great player.
Of course he doesn't mind using some of them now, but it kind of depends on the item, really. He probably wants to save a lot of them for worse situations. As of right now there isn't much calls for using them, unless he just wants to make an impression I suppose.

With the alliance broken, Ainz started collecting cash shop items to the point where he spent his entire bonus just to get an item.
