He is capable of injuring SeaKing, but can't trade blows because his endurance is high, but not high enough. That's why he is low down in ranking.

Rankings aren't based around solely around strength/endurance/stamina/etc. They are based around achievements. Prisoner spends most of his time in jail. He's the least active S-rank hero so he's at the bottom of the ladder.

I still think PriPri, like Pig God, is a human who gained monster powers but stayed on the good guy's side because of the strength of will. PriPri doesn't seem to work out or in any way exercise, he seems to gain muscle literally by willing it. And when he is defeated his muscles shrink back down again.

Because the first punch landed squarely on SK's jaw, while SK blocked the Angel Rush from start to finish, defending his vulnerable areas and allowing only glancing blows through.
You can see how he had an arm up to defend from the very first punch in the Angel Rush, and then PPP was throwing such wild aimless punches from then on that SK probably got his other arm up to defend without any trouble.

Weapon users in OPM are extremely nerfed when unarmed. Sea King basically can't even touch Sonic because he is just too fast. But unarmed Sonic just can't hurt him. So it is a stalemate.

Well, the same is true of a lot of heroes though (see: Tank Top group). In the OPM universe obsession becomes power and the only difference between monsters and heroes is how they use said power. Monsters are more actively destructive, while Heroes put on a popularity contest and crave attention outside of the notable exceptions.
