You don't need advice, I go on artstation look at the best works and try and figure out what makes them better.

join an online art community with artists doing the quality of work you'd like to do yourself, then post your work and ask for critiques
only take advice from people better than you
draw from life a lot, and if your drawings don't look like the actual thing then you aren't as good as you could be
