Photoscan it. You can use 123d catch or VisualSFM for photogrammetry.

You could simply use the high-poly model to remodel an exact fitting low-poly. Not that hard.
Lol I'm an hvac technician and a 3d modeller. I could model a refrigeration unit without any references.
