If anyone wants to try, it's really simple in theory, just separate the layers in photoshop then open them in after effects, animate using the pin tool and make a loop, then render and export to photoshop and render as a web gif, I'm sure anyone can find the proper tutorials.

This has been quite the learning experience, I've had to solve all manner of problems, from connecting a puppet pin to a null object and then to a layer to avoid unwanted displacement, but I'll leave the technobabble for another day, I even had to draw stuff that's behind some body parts since I can't just CSI it, but nonetheless, it's been really fun! I think I can call it a day for this one, made it wider so we can catch a glimpse of that sweet ass.

There's just two layers, the "top" guy at the back and the "bottom" dude at the front, with the hand attached to his head as part of the same layer.
Here's a reference I made about the pool fucking gif so you can better see how it works, notice the swimming goggles and the ear attached to his head but how it goes behind his arm.

I MIGHT have found the problem, tumblr has a 1mb gif size limit, while 4chan's is 4mb, gonna tweak that now.
Well it seems the reason my gif won't move is because of the 1mb size limit, 4chan's is 4mb, I tried lowering the quality but it gets ugly af, I'll try uploading it as a video and see what it happens, this is quite an experimental phase after all.
