The thing you posted comes from imagination of Eliphas Lévi vel Louis Constant (muh judabooism). It have nothing to do with historical Baphomet whatsoever. It was adopted by "Satanists" (LARPers) like those of LaVey representing the "Sigil of Satan" (with goat's head engraved on it).
The proper Baphomet was most likely just bastardisation of the name Mohammed Templars were wrongly accused of worship (BXVI found them no guilty, they continue as OMCTH like the Hospitallers or Kreuzritters still existing)
Mediaeval Christians believed that Mohammedans are heresy of Christianity (see - Docetism and Monk Sergius) who worship the triune of gods - Apollyon, Baphomet/Mohammed(/Mahomet-us) and enigmatic Termagant (name of Tyranid specie in W40k). See Song of Ronald for that belief too.
I am relly sorry for all this skepticism, but if it would make you happy your Baphomet looks like "Goatman" from creepypastas. It's used in such a manner in mainstream fantasy basically.
