Actually it's been proven that tinfoil hats are MORE receptive to government signals which attempt to track our thoughts. This isn't a joke, I'm quite legit at the moment. Tinfoil hats simple don't work. I would recommend some fashion of led cap, but that's just a hypothesizes. I don't know what other element than led would block out signals sent out by the government. Led seems the most likely as it blocks x-rays during medical procedures, so why not radio waves, or whatever frequency they send out?
