I have one. Feel free to disbelieve me, but I swear that this is real.

>16 year-old high school student in a Utah suburb
>Wake up one night because something is pulling on my covers
>Look over to the right side of my bed
>Someone is crounching at my bedside
>He is naked, completely hairless, and hunched over like an animal
>He looks up, moves until his face is only arm's length away, and begins to speak to me
>I want to call for help but I can't say anything, I can't even move
>I muster all my power and look away from him
>He speaks again, the only thing I recall exactly
>"Look at me."
>I shake my head, and he says it again with more force
>"Look at me!"
>I shake my head again, and I suddenly feel a great pressure leave me
>I open my eyes, in the same position, and he's gone
>I feel relieved that it was just a dream
>I look over my bed side
>One of my blankets is on the floor
>There is an imprint where he was crouched
>I tense up as I realize that it wasn't a dream
To this day I still get tense when I think about it, nothing has ever disturbed me like that experience did. It didn't feel like a dream or sleep paralysis at all, and I was in the same position I was in when I closed my eyes as I was when I opened them.

I have never been more scared in my life, I honestly believe that death or worse lied in the darkness.
I've had sleep paralysis before and after that incident and I usually recognize it, but that time was like nothing I've ever experienced or experienced since

I don't know if someone's been breaking into my house or something but weird stuff keeps happening too. Tv changing channels and turning up while im not home, and an alarm goes off every day at a certain time which happens to be my old address and the volume turns up on it. But it's not an alarm it's a speaker so that doesn't make sense. Not sure what to think of all this that's going on.

pretty textbook sleep paralysis, hypnogogic/hypnapompic episodes and/or AP/OBE... often when amateurs are pulled back into their body they will thrash and struggle, tossing the bedding off and onto the floor without even having realized they've done it. it's possible - and even IME/O common - for peoples' perception to be so different in these states that they are unaware of what their body is doing for short periods of time.
while it is beyond frightening to wake up in the middle of the night to shit like this, I'd recommend trying to keep yourself calm as some of these beings are GOOD, they are your guides and your ancestors and helping spirits - not all of course, but some. some do not mean to come off as frightening, speaking to them can help - ask about them and what they want. if something still doesnt feel "right"(you *WILL* know!) then by all means tell them to gtfo. be firm. not all are negative though, despite coming to you in the dead of night. many many people IME when they first encounter these positive but discarnate beings are initially fearful but go on to establish a very powerful and fulfilling relationship.

did you know that you pass through those same altered states of consciousness EVERY night, multiple times? Some slip through it faster than others and so they may never even realize they're doing it but regardless it is a normal thing.
the thing about these states is that they will reflect YOU and your feelings - if you are fearful you will have a dark experience. if you can learn to control and seperate yourself from your fear(and other intense emotion and "reaction") you can traverse these states(which will eventually evolve, becoming like a whole new dimension, a different world to explore) and learn from them, like how to use your experiences for self discovery, spiritual growth and introspection as well as connecting to the source, universal mind, etc... the possibilities are endless and every person IMO could benefit massively from this.

but yeah my ex(different ex) used to do creepy shit in his sleep too, and he'd always have this massive shit eating grin on his face, eyes open and everything... literally looked like some possessed fucking drunkard, and you could hold conversations with him like ALL night, as long as you spoke to him he would talk back, perfect sentences although the subject matter was always so random, for example the main one that comes to mind went something like:
him: shouting
me: waking up "WHAT! WHATS WRONG?"
him: stops shouting, sits up and looks around the room completely confused
me: "WHAT WHAT IS IT?" -getting kinda worried now, wondering if i should panic-
him: leans in close to me and whispers in my ear " .... there's... monsters. THERES MONSTERS!"
me: at this point i realize whats going on and tell him to go back to sleep
him: kinda moans about monsters
me: "WHAT MONSTERS THERE ARE NO MONSTERS GO TO SLEEP"
him: THE MONSTERS... THE MONSTERS IN THE BOXES
me: ...boxes? wtf what boxes? (cuz we did have boxes in our room at this point in time in our closet and i am a spaz what can i say lol)
him in a very frustrated tone: *scoffs* THE BOXES UNDER THE STAIRS
me: go to sleep pls
